Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the AI strategy and AI framework.
- Prioritize AI use cases and resources while monitoring and evaluating AI innovations and their business potential.
- Develop overall concepts for AI solutions and manage projects from ideation through implementation.
- Develop data-science components including ETL, model selection, training, tuning, validation, and monitoring.
- Define, select, and implement AI infrastructure in collaboration with IT.
- Select tools and frameworks and translate business-user requirements into technical solutions.
- Promote AI awareness, communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Prepare and deliver internal AI training and support the development of AI talent.
- Build and maintain an external AI network and ecosystem.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in information technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI, and GenAI tools.
- Experience with RPA tools and intelligent automation is advantageous.
- Experience with GPT4All, open-source tools, ChatGPT Enterprise, and agent-based AI is advantageous.
- Experience with programming and scripting, particularly Python and VBA.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools, APIs, and relational and non-relational databases is advantageous.
- Experience collaborating with business users and translating their requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and moderation skills, including workshops, meetups, or training sessions.
- Self-motivated, committed to continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning new tools.
- Very good German and fluent business English skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
