Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions while leading teams through design and delivery.
- Build the 13-node LangGraph Core, hybrid BM25 and vector retrieval pipeline, context packer, and Bedrock model router.
- Implement eight FastAPI agent services covering diagnostics, change analysis, cloud health, integrations, log analysis, design, and planning.
- Build the Connector SDK and migrate GitHub, Confluence, ServiceNow, Jira, CMDB, SonarQube, Dynatrace, REMC, and RepoMapping connectors.
- Own the MCP Gateway with per-agent RBAC, request routing, rate limiting, token-budget enforcement, and PostgreSQL audit logging.
- Implement HITL approval gates, MCP servers and clients, RAGAS evaluation, provenance tracking, OpenCypher graph updates, entity resolution, and learning-loop functionality.
- Apply testing and observability practices, including deterministic test harnesses and OTel trace-ID propagation across agent hops.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with AI agents and workflow integration is stated in the summary.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong LangGraph and LangChain experience, including stateful StateGraph design, routing, HITL gates, retries, and fallback logic.
- Strong Python experience with async FastAPI services, Pydantic models, production error handling, and structured logging.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Claude Haiku, Claude Sonnet, Titan v2, prompt engineering, token budgets, and streaming responses.
- Experience with OpenCypher, Neptune, OpenSearch k-NN, Titan v2 embeddings, hybrid retrieval, and relevance evaluation.
- Experience implementing MCP servers and clients using stdio and HTTP transport, tool schemas, and enterprise API integrations.
- Experience with RAGAS metrics, confidence scoring, provenance tracking, testing of LLM-dependent code, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and rate-limit handling.
- Experience with OTel SDK instrumentation and trace-ID propagation across agent workflows.
- AI and data solution architecture experience is preferred.
