Responsibilities
- Build and scale existing and new products, systems, and technical solutions for clients.
- Work across potential areas including backend, frontend, web, system and mobile development, cloud, architecture, business intelligence, data engineering, data science, DevOps, infrastructure, product ownership, Scrum Master work, agile coaching, and UX/UI or interaction design.
- Shape the consulting role and career direction in collaboration with Netlight based on personal experience, strengths, and interests.
- Collaborate with clients and Netlight consultants while participating in mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-sharing networks.
Requirements
- Master’s degree is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- 0.5–5 years of work experience related to IT is required.
- A master’s degree in engineering or technology is preferred.
- A proven track record from previous positions, including recognized achievements and deliveries, is preferred.
- Advanced or bilingual Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish proficiency at B2–C2 level is preferred.
