Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, validate, release, troubleshoot, and update software governing RF manufacturing test equipment.
- Capture requirements and design software solutions for new or modified testing requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and revise manufacturing acceptance testing and environmental screening procedures, including test-equipment and fixture drawings.
- Support acceptance testing of Shop Replaceable Units and Line Replaceable Units, including payload-level environmental screening.
- Review quality metrics and implement initiatives to reduce cost, cycle time, and defects.
- Collaborate with design engineering on product testability and coordinate with production, manufacturing, quality, project management, and other engineering organizations.
- Communicate with multiple levels of leadership, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field with at least two years of relevant experience, or a Master of Science in an equivalent field with zero or more years of experience.
- Experience with hardware and calibration or testing methodologies.
- Experience using test instruments such as Performance Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, or Oscilloscopes.
- Experience programming with C#, C, LabVIEW, or LabWindows CVI.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, or firmware issues.
- Experience completing software design, development, integration, or validation projects on schedule and on budget.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Preferred qualifications include test-equipment or prime-hardware troubleshooting, unit-under-test troubleshooting, RF electronic systems experience, schematic and electrical one-line interpretation, GitHub experience, and an active DoD security clearance.
