Base Salary

$44k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and debug software features across web applications, cloud microservices, and distributed platforms.
  • Build responsive user interfaces, RESTful APIs, and scalable backend services.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams using Linux, Git, containerization tools, and automated testing workflows.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to software engineering best practices and innovative technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s undergraduate program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with plans to remain enrolled after the co-op term.
  • Foundational programming and problem-solving skills in at least one language such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, or C/C++ through coursework, projects, or prior work experience.
  • Experience writing, testing, and debugging software, with understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
  • Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful APIs, state management, Linux environments, and Git version control.
  • Preferred: experience with React, Vue, Angular, TypeScript, Go, Python, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, or Redis.
