Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable backend services using Java or Golang.
Own the technical vision for key areas of our data platform.
Champion best practices for code quality, testing, and system reliability.
Act as a technical mentor for SDE 1 and SDE 2 engineers.
Work with high autonomy to deconstruct ambiguous business problems into concrete, scalable services.

4-6+ years of professional back-end engineering experience.
Deep expertise in Java / GoLang and mastery of distributed systems principles and microservice architecture.
Extensive experience designing and operating complex systems on a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
Proven ability in database design, performance tuning, and data modeling at scale (MongoDB preferred).
A track record of technical leadership, including project ownership and mentorship.
