Responsibilities
- Partner with Japan Sales to identify customer business challenges and technical requirements.
- Design scalable AI solutions and lead technical demos, architecture discussions, RFI/RFP responses, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Design and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG systems, agent architectures, and multimodal solutions.
- Build end-to-end architectures involving model orchestration, knowledge bases, vector databases, API connectivity, and system integration.
- Evaluate and optimize production systems for accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, stability, and efficiency.
- Support technical negotiations, deal closure, account expansion, and long-term enterprise customer relationships.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams and contribute to Japan-market localization and reusable industry solution frameworks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build and integrate applications through academic, internship, or personal projects.
- Python proficiency is preferred.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, agent systems, or multimodal models.
- Exposure to deploying applications in cloud or containerized environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, or major public cloud platforms.
- Preferred: understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, knowledge bases, vector databases, inference optimization, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Preferred: familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex and hands-on Generative AI or multimodal model experience through projects, internships, hackathons, competitions, or research.
- Ability to connect technical solutions with business impact, learn quickly, solve problems, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
