Base Salary

$91k - $101k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software supporting the U.S. Navy’s Common Weapon Launcher and Multi-Tube Weapon Simulator.
  • Contribute as a member of a cross-functional team supporting tactical platforms.
  • Apply software engineering concepts, development processes, and agile methodology.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field plus at least two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus six months of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A Department of Defense Secret security clearance must be obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire, subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and eligibility requirements.
  • Preferred experience includes Linux and Bash, networking or networking switches, Java, C/C++, React, and TypeScript.
  • Ability to learn new information quickly, handle increasing responsibility and complexity, collaborate effectively, and pursue ongoing professional development.
