Responsibilities
- Translate customer and business requirements into solution architectures and deployment blueprints.
- Support Product Managers and Segment Experts with the design, scoping, and governance of solutions combining product lines and third-party products.
- Define solution functionality, implementation methodologies, configuration standards, and best-practice alternatives.
- Analyze requirements and customer site processes to propose solutions from the Ascom portfolio.
- Create internal and external solution documentation, functional design documents, and technical specifications for custom development and systems integration.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems while implementing solutions that reduce future issues.
- Oversee solution and product lifecycle activities from kickoff through requirements analysis, design, implementation, and exit phases.
- Coordinate with Sales, customer implementation, and deployment teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or similar experience.
- At least 2 years of experience involving systems integration deployments in the relevant domain.
- Experience installing and configuring medical software.
- Strong and confident customer-facing consulting skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with medical device connectivity and design tooling.
- Experience with cloud and SaaS solutions.
- Experience with the full Microsoft stack.
- Experience with microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with SQL and relational database systems; MSSQL is required and PostgreSQL is a plus.
