Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain internal and client AI platforms, including LLMs, vector databases, and associated AI components.
- Provide expert consulting, support, and assistance directly at client sites.
- Manage and optimize GPU resources for AI workloads while ensuring platform security, scalability, and performance.
- Design Data & AI architectures and evaluate and integrate new tools or modules.
- Support users and Data & AI teams through documentation, training, L1/L2/L3 support, and 24/7 on-call participation.
Requirements
- Master’s/BAC+5 degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of modern AI architectures in Linux environments, including LLMs, vector databases, and GPUs.
- Ability to automate with Shell, Python, and Ansible.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with AI platform security and scalability challenges and tools such as vLLM, llama.cpp, and Open WebUI.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- German or Luxembourgish knowledge is an advantage.
- Rigor, autonomy, and a strong service orientation.
