Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with clients to discover operational pain points, map workflows, and identify high-return AI and automation opportunities.
- Design and build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks, including tool use, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Develop AI-powered workflows integrating with clients’ CRMs, ERPs, cloud platforms, communication tools, and other existing systems.
- Build automation solutions for document processing, data extraction, reporting, customer communication, and internal operations.
- Own the delivery lifecycle from scoping and architecture through building, testing, handoff, and lightweight documentation.
- Train client teams to maintain and improve deployed solutions.
- Translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
- Create reusable components, playbooks, and delivery templates for internal use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
- Working proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflow patterns.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites throughout the Cleveland and Columbus areas.
- Preferred experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma, low-code/no-code tools, client-facing consulting or forward-deployed engineering, SMB clients, or legal services and law firms.
