Remediation POD - Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Assess delivery execution across integration, data migration, configuration, and testing workstreams.
- Diagnose delivery process failures, integration issues, data migration risks, and execution gaps affecting go-live.
- Perform root-cause analysis and distinguish delivery-process issues from product issues.
- Execute and validate data migration activities using the AFLS Transformation Framework.
- Stabilize integration and data workstreams and conduct implementation-quality code reviews.
- Coach SI partners on sprint execution, release management, quality gates, and delivery process improvements.
- Validate go-live readiness, resolve critical technical defects, and prioritize issue resolution.
- Brief delivery and BAU teams for ongoing ownership and document resolutions, lessons learned, and recommendations.
- Support high-risk account triage, delivery complexity assessments, accelerators, playbooks, architecture blueprints, and partner-failure tracking.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise delivery execution, integration architecture, or data migration on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Hands-on experience with integration design, including REST, SOAP, middleware, and data migration frameworks.
- Strong root-cause analysis skills, including distinguishing delivery-process failures from product issues.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect certification is preferred.
- Experience coaching SI partners on sprint execution, release management, and quality gates is preferred.
- Familiarity with the AFLS Transformation Framework or equivalent data migration tooling is preferred.
