Base Salary

$111k - $237k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural oversight for the enterprise data platform and related initiatives.
  • Lead design reviews covering data sourcing, pipelines, data models, and ontology resources.
  • Guide scalable, reusable, and performant data pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Use Palantir Foundry for data integration and ontology management at scale.
  • Define data governance, metadata, and ontology standards with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop architectural artifacts, requirements decomposition, lifecycle documentation, and training materials.
  • Review solutions for compliance with architectural standards and recommend data platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of prior Palantir experience, or a graduate degree and 7 years of prior Palantir experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, 13 years of prior Palantir experience is required.
  • At least 4 years of data pipeline development or ETL tool experience, including tools such as Palantir Foundry, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Python.
  • At least 4 years of data integration experience.
  • Preferred experience includes generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, semantic search, and LLM integration.
  • Preferred experience includes Palantir Foundry tools, BI and data warehouse methodologies, Python, Pandas, Databricks, JavaScript, TypeScript, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes, architecture reviews, or data governance boards is preferred.
