Responsibilities
- Execute test strategies, solution validation, and delivery activities across one or more projects.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Assess requirements and risks with stakeholders and recommend testing and validation approaches.
- Support test automation, self-service capabilities, and process improvements.
- Review testing and automation deliverables to promote consistency and quality standards.
- Provide technical consultation to clients and stakeholders regarding testing, certification, and solution adoption.
- Communicate project status, quality outcomes, risks, and recommendations.
- Participate in technology initiatives that improve client experience and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in payments, financial services, technology consulting, implementation, certification, client support, or customer-facing technical roles is helpful.
- Experience resolving client issues using analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills is helpful.
- Experience with APIs, web services, system integrations, networking concepts, and modern digital platforms is helpful.
- Ability to provide technical consultation to internal and external stakeholders is helpful.
- Experience with technology transformation, automation, self-service platforms, or process improvement initiatives is helpful.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are helpful.
- Experience using data and operational insights to make recommendations and improve client outcomes is helpful.
- Ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, is required.
