Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape the infrastructure roadmap and develop a clear vision for its future.
- Build security and operational foundations for sustainable growth.
- Improve system reliability by reducing MTTR and establishing SLOs.
- Empower product teams by providing platforms and tools for end-to-end system ownership.
- Write code and ship directly as part of the engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a builder's mindset.
- Technical breadth across networking, security, observability, CI/CD, and database operations.
- Experience with consumer-facing, revenue-critical systems.
