Responsibilities
- Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects.
- Support problem-solving initiatives and contribute to solution finding using Valeo’s QRQC methodology.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, presentations, and other documentation.
- Apply established design standards and adopt digital tools and processes.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to their onboarding.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute innovative ideas and intellectual property awareness.
- Collaborate with engineers, team members, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization within the assigned scope.
Requirements
- Technical skills and knowledge within the relevant engineering discipline.
- Ability to apply existing design standards and engineering guidelines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Willingness to develop technical expertise, solve problems under senior-engineer guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
