Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and prototype software that increases the speed and efficiency of defensive cyber operations.
- Collaborate with mission operators to identify workflow challenges and design technical solutions.
- Leverage large language models and corporate AI resources to optimize development and scale data analytics.
- Support vulnerability patching, incident response, threat emulation, and COMSEC monitoring workflows.
- Develop AI-enabled analytical tools for systems vulnerability analysis and defensive operations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 6 years, bachelor’s degree with 8 years, associate’s degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in software development processes and programming, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment or installation, and maintenance.
- Strong foundational software development experience and proficiency in Python for application development, scripting, and data manipulation.
- Understanding of foundational cybersecurity concepts, defensive operations, or threat landscapes.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Preferred qualifications include production AI and LLM development, data engineering, data science, advanced analytics, Splunk development, Kubernetes or Rancher, and Apache Airflow.
- Formal or informal leadership experience is preferred.
