Base Salary

$128k - $261k/yr

Responsibilities

Set and drive the overall architectural design and strategic technical directions for the SWG team.
Design and implement high-quality features ensuring reliability, sustainability, scalability, and observability.
Collaborate with Product Management to understand customer requirements and provide architectural guidance.
Provide technical leadership by sharing industry best practices.
Build scalable services that inspect network protocols at line rate using advanced data structures and algorithms.
Integrate with features like DLP and Threat protection.
Develop sophisticated key management algorithms.

18+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years in high-performance networking software and cloud services.
Expertise in building high throughput and low latency data systems.
Ability to handle complex architectural problems across multiple products.
Mastery in programming languages such as C/C++ or Python.
Strong understanding of computer architecture and practical knowledge of Linux.
Experience in resolving complex customer issues with persistence.
Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
Confidence under pressure and a mature emotional intelligence.
Willingness to work with a globally distributed team.
Ability to represent the company in external forums and industry events.
