Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Design and implement scalable software components, integrate enterprise software modules, and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management FICA.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management FICA.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integrating software modules in enterprise environments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
