Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models for specific domains, instructions, and use cases.
- Design and implement scalable solutions for model deployment and integration.
- Preprocess data and handle large datasets for training purposes.
- Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Troubleshoot and optimize model behavior to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model enhancements into broader applications.
- Document model development processes, experiments, and outcomes.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models, Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience fine-tuning and adapting language models to specific domains and use cases.
- Ability to design scalable model deployment and integration solutions.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and large training datasets.
- Experience evaluating model performance with quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
