Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.
- Write efficient code in Python and Go.
- Design and optimize systems for speed, reliability, and distributed scale.
- Collaborate with ML, infrastructure, and frontend teams to ship end-to-end features.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
- Solve complex systems problems and contribute to architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of backend or systems development experience.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, or cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring tools.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP is preferred.
- Familiarity with message queues, caching, or databases at scale is preferred.
- Exposure to ML/AI engineering or infrastructure tooling is preferred.
- Open-source contributions or side projects are preferred.
