Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation backlog items using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell.
- Implement governed Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled automation for approved use cases.
- Diagnose automation failures, performance issues, and operational incidents, and partner with architects on remediation.
- Support production automation and platform workloads, including incident response, documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards covering automation health, platform adoption, and governance and audit metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with six years of IT experience delivering automation or application solutions, or a high school diploma/GED with ten years of such experience.
- At least three years of experience building Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- At least three years of PowerShell scripting experience for Microsoft 365 automation and administration, including Graph API.
- At least two years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- At least one year of experience building AI-enabled or agent-based solutions, such as with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or LLM-based automations.
- Experience supporting production platforms and automation workloads, including incident response and root cause analysis.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, AB-620, PL-200, MS-102, or AI-102; Copilot Studio governance experience; regulated-industry automation experience; Power Platform governance knowledge; strong troubleshooting and communication skills; and experience with AI-assisted development tools.
