Base Salary
$218k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead sophisticated technical initiatives across the organization and multiple domains.
- Drive technical direction, roadmaps, architecture, and standards across domain and platform teams.
- Author and steward Architecture Decision Records to guide technical strategy.
- Own complex projects and large multi-team initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Define multi-quarter engineering roadmaps, manage technical risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Design clean, efficient, extensible, and maintainable software.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity, flexibility, modernization, and velocity.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or another related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in native mobile development.
- Deep expertise across multiple large functional areas and strong systems thinking.
- Experience acting as a technical authority, shaping architecture, setting standards, and influencing cross-team decisions.
- Ability to lead large, multi-team initiatives and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making, ownership, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and change and identify durable solutions for system risks and opportunities.
