Responsibilities
- Contribute to customer-facing mobile and web platforms using modern development frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Develop and modernize banking services involving money movement, card operations, and account management.
- Build scalable microservices, APIs, internal dashboards, tools, and services for back-office operations.
- Automate manual workflows, integrate third-party systems and data sources, and support data integrity, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including feature development from conception through deployment.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional technology and operations teams in agile sprints.
- Follow security, regulatory compliance, and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Be a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Maintain good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Have familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js.
- Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
