Responsibilities
- Develop Node.js and TypeScript services for video and audio initiatives.
- Build and maintain React-based frontend experiences.
- Work with event-driven services using RabbitMQ and SNS/SQS.
- Develop APIs and services using GraphQL and related web technologies.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes in a cloud-based streaming platform.
- Contribute to video and audio workflows including publishing, transcoding, live ingestion, playback, monetization, and metadata.
- Participate in infrastructure and operations work, including Kubernetes management.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, full-stack, product, UX, and data team members across Kraków and Oslo.
Requirements
- Experience developing with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with React or frontend development.
- Experience with event-driven services, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Nice to have: experience with relational databases such as MySQL and NoSQL stores such as Redis and Elasticsearch.
- Nice to have: experience with AWS Media Services, HLS streaming, or FFmpeg.
- Interest in infrastructure and operations, including managing Kubernetes.
- Experience with Claude Code or other agentic coding tools is a plus.
