Responsibilities
- Evolve a scalable and reportable Salesforce data model for GTM Automation Systems.
- Build custom Salesforce functionality using SOQL APIs, Apex controllers, Apex web services, Apex callouts, and related development tools.
- Participate in technical analysis, requirements documentation, integration design, and collaboration with architects and stakeholders.
- Review code quality and refactor the existing codebase for extensibility.
- Support API integrations, data architecture, performance optimization, deployment, CI/CD, security, and scalability improvements.
- Develop unit tests, troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify defects, and optimize systems handling millions of data rows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Advanced flow development experience and experience with API integrations involving ETL, marketing tools, ERP, and analytics.
- Experience supporting data architecture, performance optimization, technical debt reduction, deployment, CI/CD, security, and scalability improvements.
- Experience collaborating with system architects on technical design and translating technical requirements into independent development features.
- Comprehensive Salesforce debugging and troubleshooting experience, including identifying common Salesforce blind spots and bugs.
- Experience optimizing millions of rows of data and developing unit tests with assertions for core functionality.
- Desired experience includes AgentForce, Einstein, AI tools or technologies, SQL, Python, Data Cloud, Snowflake, pay-as-you-go business models, and Heroku deployment.
