Responsibilities
- Evolve a technically scalable, reportable, and intuitive Salesforce data model for GTM Automation.
- Build custom Salesforce functionality using SOQL APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callouts, and other development tools.
- Participate in requirements documentation, application integration analysis, and integration design with architects and stakeholders.
- Review code quality, refactor the existing codebase, and improve extensibility, performance, security, and scalability.
- Support deployment and CI/CD activities, troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify bugs, and develop unit tests with assertions.
- Manage and optimize systems handling millions of rows of data.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript in Agile development environments.
- Advanced Salesforce Flow development experience.
- Experience with API integrations involving ETL, marketing tools, ERP, and analytics systems.
- Experience supporting data architecture, performance optimization, technical debt reduction, deployment, and CI/CD.
- Experience collaborating with system architects on technical design and translating requirements into independently developed features.
- Comprehensive Salesforce debugging and troubleshooting experience, including identifying common blind spots and bugs.
- Proficiency developing unit tests with assertions for core functionality.
- Preferred experience with AgentForce, Einstein, AI tools and technologies, SQL, Python, Data Cloud, Snowflake, pay-as-you-go business models, and Heroku deployment.
