Responsibilities

Architect enterprise systems using productivity tools like Cursor and EnterpriseChatGPT.
Drive recruiter efficiency by reducing manual work and tool switching.
Enable smarter decision-making through insights on ROI and tool effectiveness.
Support tech-forward growth for onboarding new teams and tools.
Detect inefficiencies and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Provide insights on system health, including adoption and error rates.
Incorporate recruiter feedback into system design and propose proactive solutions.
Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations across various recruiting tools.
Implement data flows between recruiting systems and HR reporting environments.
Ensure systems support global recruiting processes and compliance.
Own JIRA workflows for Talent Acquisition and HR technical work.
Act as technical product owner for the recruiting tech stack.
Translate recruiter pain points into technical requirements.
Evaluate new tools and maintain a roadmap of system improvements.
Define and track key health metrics for recruiting systems.
Deliver quarterly system health reports for TA leadership.
Partner with TA leadership and HRIS to design effective processes.
Run discovery sessions to understand bottlenecks and friction points.
Communicate tradeoffs and set expectations for automation.

Strong experience as a Developer or Systems Engineer with business systems.
Hands-on experience with HRIS or ATS systems like Workday or Greenhouse.
Experience building integrations and automations using APIs and orchestration tools.
Comfortable working with JIRA boards and workflows.
Strong data skills and ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering features in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
