Responsibilities
- Own the technical win for large and complex enterprise opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
- Lead technical deal strategy, mapping prospects’ business processes, system landscapes, and decision criteria.
- Build and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept across work management, CRM, service, AI agents, and vibe apps.
- Lead technical responses to RFPs and government tenders, including security and compliance reviews.
- Establish reference architectures, integration specifications, pre-configured solution packages, and team best practices.
- Share field insights with Product and R&D and clearly communicate platform capabilities and limitations to customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on capturing requirements, developing solutions, and articulating business value.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills with engaging storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate on business and technical problems while navigating ambiguity.
- Experience working across multiple industries and understanding their typical challenges and opportunities.
- Proven success managing customer relationships and driving technical sales processes.
- Experience designing AI agent, vibe applications, or LLM-based workflows is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of JSON, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
