Responsibilities
- Evaluate new or modified software programs based on user requests and produce technical specifications with high-level completion estimates.
- Develop, test, and implement web applications and solutions using Microsoft .NET and related web technologies.
- Design databases and write SQL, T-SQL scripts, and stored procedures in SQL Server.
- Participate in peer code reviews, create reference documentation, and follow clean, readable, testable, and maintainable coding practices.
- Handle production environments and investigate issues reported in production.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, architects, developers, and quality analysts on software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Web Applications certification.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, MVC Core, JavaScript, .NET Framework, Web Forms, SQL Server, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of database design, SQL, T-SQL scripts, and stored procedures.
- Understanding of web-based Microsoft technologies, UI development processes, digital experience platforms, web content management systems, and ecommerce applications.
- Good software design experience and familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
