Responsibilities
- Design and ship proof-of-concept integrations and reference implementations.
- Own the end-to-end developer documentation experience.
- Run rapid experiments to discover what resonates with developers.
- Identify friction in the developer journey and partner with product and engineering to remove it.
- Create a steady stream of technical content to help developers succeed with Adaption.
- Craft compelling onboarding sequences and interactive demos.
- Track and report on developer community health metrics.
- Serve as the internal voice for developer needs and influence the product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to represent the developer perspective.
- Help establish the developer relations function from scratch.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Developer Relations or a related technical community role.
- Strong AI fundamentals and hands-on experience with AI tools and APIs.
- A portfolio of technical content, such as blog posts or open source contributions.
- Full-stack ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
- Clear communicator for technical audiences, able to explain complex concepts simply.
- Genuine enthusiasm for developer tools and experience best practices.
- Proficiency in Python and ability to write production-quality code.
