Base Salary

$119k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

Architect, code, maintain, and improve software solutions and platform features.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement product requirements.
Participate in code reviews and maintain automated tests.
Identify and resolve bugs and production issues.
Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and systems.
Support users by troubleshooting listing visibility issues and responding to Right to Know, Right to Access, and Right to Delete requests.
Contribute to development processes and tools, including the use of AI code-generation tools.
Participate in an on-call rotation for production-system support when applicable, including possible nights and weekends.

1–3 years of professional software development experience.
Experience with at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript, Go, or PHP.
Familiarity with backend technologies including Node.js, Go, and PHP.
Experience with or willingness to learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Experience using AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
Strong software development fundamentals, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
