Responsibilities
- Design and implement best-in-class development frameworks for AI-enabled chains.
- Identify friction points in the developer journey and build solutions.
- Build fast local development environments for seamless testing.
- Create elegant CLIs and SDKs for AI and blockchain interactions.
- Craft developer tooling for deploying and testing AI-enabled smart contracts.
- Design powerful debugging and simulation capabilities for AI-blockchain interactions.
- Write clear documentation and tutorials for developers.
- Run workshops and hackathons to energize the developer community.
- Build and nurture an active open-source community around development tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Rust, TypeScript, or Python.
- Past experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Proven ability to build developer tools that are user-friendly.
- Deep understanding of EVM architecture and smart contract development.
- Experience with modern AI development workflows and MLOps tools.
- Strong knowledge of container technologies and deployment patterns.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to act quickly under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of ownership and self-direction with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
