Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions integrating cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and platform environments.
- Create proofs of architecture to validate security, performance, feasibility, and robustness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud platform issues to maintain availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and application deployment.
- Document architectural designs and deployment processes.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and help resolve work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud environment management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
