Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain GTM data and automation infrastructure for enrichment, outbound, routing, integrations, and customer lifecycle workflows.
- Develop dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and self-serve reporting for pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Build production-grade AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for lead research, enrichment, routing, campaign execution, and outbound personalization.
- Prototype, measure, and scale AI-powered GTM experiments into core infrastructure.
- Build reliable and observable pipelines, identify operational bottlenecks, and automate repetitive work across the customer lifecycle.
- Own GTM data quality and documentation within established governance standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, growth, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- 1–7 years of experience in software engineering, GTM or growth engineering, or a similarly technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and designing reliable workflows across business systems.
- Understanding of sales and marketing operations and the ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience building with AI agents, LLM APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong technical fundamentals, communication skills, ownership, and ability to work independently.
- Experience shipping production AI agents or LLM-powered workflows is preferred.
- Experience with GTM or growth automations at a high-growth startup is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, Gong, Apollo, Orum, Lemlist, Zapier, Granola, Claude, or Codex is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern data warehouses, orchestration tools, and BI platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Looker, or Hex is preferred.
- A CS degree or demonstrable equivalent engineering experience, such as a GitHub portfolio or personal projects, is valued.
