Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements with customers and stakeholders.
- Architect and design complete software solutions, including programming languages, databases, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Implement maintainable application features and participate in code reviews.
- Test, deploy, and release solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and data quality.
- Lead or support handover meetings for customers and support teams.
- Deliver sprint outputs using iterative development practices.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Create and maintain application design, functionality, and process documentation.
- Propose technical optimizations and enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, compliance requirements, and other procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Strong software engineering expertise, including application design, programming languages, databases, and system architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirements and design through development, testing, release, and support.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
- Experience with version control, code reviews, and testing practices.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, international teams and independently with general guidance.
- Fluency in English and the ability to manage time and meet sprint deadlines.
- Motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
