Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure for a global SaaS platform.
- Deploy and operate feature and maintenance releases safely in production.
- Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability for 24/7 service reliability.
- Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve consistency.
- Participate in on-call rotations, investigate incidents, and drive effective resolution.
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and identify reliability risks, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate across the organization to improve platform reliability, security, and operational maturity.
- Support installations in customer environments.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Application Gateways and Azure App Services; AWS or GCP experience is a plus.
- Practical experience with containers and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines such as GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools such as Terraform and Argo CD.
- Ability to write and maintain Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions such as Keycloak and Entra.
- Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL and MS SQL.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.
- Software development experience is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of networking and security principles in cloud environments.
- Fluency in English and strong collaboration skills.
