Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI for enterprise process automation and intelligent insights.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP BTP and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect and implement GenAI pipelines using SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud Vector and Knowledge Graph Engines.
- Design RAG and GraphRAG workflows, including grounding, semantic search, vector similarity search, chunking, embeddings, and query fusion.
- Integrate LLMs and Foundation Models with enterprise data sources and build knowledge graphs and ontologies.
- Develop LangChain or LangGraph orchestration pipelines for prompting, retrieval, generation, post-processing, and evaluation.
- Implement data masking, content filtering, schema-based output parsing, privacy controls, and responsible AI practices.
- Embed AI capabilities into cloud-native applications using SAP CAP and SAP Extension Suite.
- Support multitenant SaaS architectures, secure tenant isolation, hyperscaler-agnostic deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- Lead the full GenAI lifecycle from model integration and fine-tuning through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, customer, and cross-functional teams; mentor team members and track project progress.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required; the additional profile information cites 16+ years as a solution architect driving SAP BTP and GenAI initiatives.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education with a bachelor's or master's degree such as B.E., B.Tech, BCA, or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics and Communication.
- Deep expertise in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, SAP HANA Cloud, LLMs, Foundation Models, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience designing RAG pipelines, vector similarity search, embeddings, chunking, vector stores, semantic search, Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, and ontology modeling.
- Working knowledge of SAP CAP, SAP Extension Suite, multitenant SaaS architecture, cloud-native application design, SAP integrations, and MLOps.
- Experience with Agentic AI development, A2A protocol, MCP servers, RDF, SPARQL, OWL, or equivalent graph technologies.
- Experience deploying large-scale SAP applications and AI workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, BTP CLI, Kyma Runtime, and CI/CD automation.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SAP Continuous Integration and Delivery, Prometheus, Grafana, observability, and AI request tracing.
- Strong solution architecture, application performance optimization, business-process transformation, communication, demonstration, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.
- SAP certification, including SAP Certified Associate - Positioning SAP Business AI Solutions as part of SAP Business Suite, is preferred.
- Experience in SAP supply chain, finance, or industry processes and familiarity with BPM tools such as Signavio are beneficial.
