Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered solutions, Copilot agents, workflows, automation tools, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and reusable delivery accelerators.
Analyze Professional Services delivery processes and automate documentation, requirements gathering, testing, reporting, SOW activities, project management, and knowledge management.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate practical solutions into existing workflows with consultants, project managers, technical teams, product specialists, and business stakeholders.
Experiment with large language models, retrieval-based solutions, and AI-assisted development practices.
Create and maintain AI solution documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge repositories.
Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and enablement sessions and help teams identify and implement AI use cases.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in software development, consulting, automation, or technical delivery.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or related technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, chatbots, agents, AI-powered applications, APIs, integrations, REST services, SQL, data analysis, enterprise software implementation, Professional Services environments, and global teams.

The role works U.S. hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and requires working South African public holidays.
