Base Salary
$224k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, code, review, test, and maintain services in AWS production environments.
- Influence good coding practices among peers.
- Lead large feature releases across multiple engineering teams.
- Architect scalable backend systems using Java, Go, or Ruby.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products.
- Mentor team members and maintain a high-quality code base.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in developing production software for large-scale consumer-facing applications.
- Experience as a Principal Engineer or above.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading multi-person projects across departments.
- Familiarity with relational databases.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fluid environment.
