Sr Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud Operations)

- Operate and monitor customer-facing digital health applications and platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure.
- Drive strategies for 24x7 service availability and business continuity.
- Administer Azure virtual machines, databases, and networking components.
- Define operating procedures supporting security, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
- Define service-level agreements, non-functional requirements, monitoring dashboards, notification workflows, and key performance indicators.
- Standardize and report site metrics covering SLAs, availability, capacity, service performance, and cost utilization.
- Collaborate with DevOps Engineers to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in Site Reliability Engineering and cloud-based infrastructure management.
- Experience with enterprise engineering, 24x7 uptime, regulated environments, and planning or operations.
- Experience administering and operating Azure; certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud, encryption, and security protocols.
- Systems administration experience in Windows and Linux environments.
- Problem-solving experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Ability to produce accurate documentation and reports with strong communication skills.
