Responsibilities

Support installation, commissioning, software deployment, technical support, and field service activities.
Organize and maintain technical documentation and knowledge management systems.
Collect, review, and pre-assess documentation using established procedures.
Provide initial technical support to Services Engineers.
Contribute to digital technology, AI-powered tool, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering projects and customer requirements.
Develop knowledge of HMH products, systems, and service operations while following quality and HSSE policies.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Automation & Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
No prior professional experience is required; academic, internship, or technical project experience is advantageous.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Copilot.
Interest in engineering services, field operations, and technical support.
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging digital technologies.
Basic knowledge of Visual Studio Code, HTML, VBA, or Excel macros is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and willingness to learn skills.
