Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic applications with secure, maintainable, scalable, reliable, production-ready architectures.
- Own GenAI subsystem delivery, lead design reviews, mentor I4/I5 engineers, and influence technical direction and engineering standards.
- Build full-stack applications with React, secure backend services, APIs, workflow orchestration, data flows, authentication, authorization, and operational readiness.
- Implement AI-enabled workflow automation including agent orchestration, tool execution, API integrations, retrieval, human approval flows, guardrails, auditability, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop LLM capabilities using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs or SDKs, including prompt orchestration, tool calling, structured outputs, streaming, model routing, and evaluation.
- Design RAG solutions with ingestion pipelines, ETL workflows, embeddings, vector database integration, retrieval strategies, relevance ranking, grounding, and quality evaluation.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications using containers, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and operational automation.
- Implement observability for GenAI systems through tracing, workflow telemetry, model evaluation, monitoring, governance, and auditability.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to turn ambiguous requirements into proof-of-concepts and production-quality solutions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production-grade applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise GenAI solutions and integrating model capabilities into production applications.
- Hands-on experience with React and backend development using Python, Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong system design and technical judgment across scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, performance, cost, and delivery speed.
- Familiarity with multi-agent GenAI solutions using A2A and MCP protocols.
- Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, vector databases, embedding models, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional AI initiatives from proof of concept through enterprise rollout.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
