Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
- Develop multi-agent workflows, advanced orchestration mechanisms, and intelligent reasoning chains.
- Build and maintain distributed Python backend services and integrate LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications.
- Implement RAG, conversational memory, tool calling, and advanced contextualization mechanisms.
- Ensure the robustness, reliability, performance, security, maintainability, and testability of developed solutions.
- Contribute to solution industrialization through DevOps practices and cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data Science, Cloud, and DevOps teams.
- Perform code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure deliverable quality.
Requirements
- Engineering school graduate or holder of an equivalent Bac+5 qualification.
- At least 3 years of software development experience with strong Python expertise.
- Significant experience developing generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain or equivalent technologies.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, API design, design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, orchestration, conversational memory, and contextual reasoning.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native environments, distributed architectures, and highly scalable systems.
- Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
