Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, operate, and improve finance automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, scripting, and governed integrations.
- Integrate solutions with SAP extracts, reporting layers, shared service centre tooling, and finance systems without creating undocumented data stores.
- Ensure deployments include audit evidence, access controls, logging, human review points, documentation, runbooks, and tested rollback paths.
- Test capabilities with process owners and end users, monitor performance, resolve deployment issues, and address recurring problems.
- Partner with the Finance AI Analyst and finance stakeholders, deliver user training, document solutions in plain language, and assess external vendors and tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Python or equivalent scripting, agentic development tools, and system integrations.
- Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting production RPA solutions, including SAP-connected automations and appropriate controls, logging, exception handling, documentation, and rollback procedures.
- Ability to work with finance data, reconcile outputs against source systems, identify implausible results, and apply sound security and audit practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building automation, integration, or data solutions in a business environment, including at least 1 year working with AI or LLM-based tooling in production.
- Experience managing business-critical RPA in production, working in regulated or audited environments, or supporting finance processes is valuable; Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, Excel VBA, and SAP-connected automation are particularly valuable.
- Fluent English is required; Spanish is an advantage.
