Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to identify technical and operational challenges.
- Design and present customized IT solution packages including device procurement and lifecycle management.
- Act as the technical voice in client meetings, handling demos and RFP responses.
- Translate customer workflows into proposed configurations within Deel’s IT platform.
- Advise on implementation considerations across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Enablement teams to advocate for client needs.
- Stay updated on trends in global workforce IT support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting, preferably in SaaS or IT Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of IT procurement and device lifecycle management.
- Comfort discussing APIs and systems architecture with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex solutions and articulate ROI.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced sales cycles.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in building Excel-based tools.
- Bonus: Experience with enterprise clients in multi-country environments.
