Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering to design and deploy machine learning and generative AI models.
Identify on-road issue trends and develop data-driven strategies for monitoring.
Define and document new policies and SOPs integrating AI tools into workflows.
Implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Software Quality Operations.
Create and update technical policies and guidelines for new scopes and platforms.
Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and quality.

BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations.
Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle.
Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance.
Ability to learn and implement new concepts and use proprietary tools.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic SQL querying and programming experience.
Experience assessing AV safety performance.
