Responsibilities
- Entwicklung skalierbarer agentischer Lösungen auf dem Microsoft Azure AI Stack für Kunden.
- Konzeption und Implementierung von RAG-Systemen, Dokumentenintelligenz und LLM-gestützten Prozessautomatisierungen.
- Entwicklung und Orchestrierung von Multi-Agenten-Architekturen mit Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, MCP und A2A.
- Verantwortung für den produktiven KI-Betrieb einschließlich Modellauswahl, Prompt-Management, Versionierung, Observability, Token-Kostenkontrolle und Skalierung.
- Verankerung von Security, Datenschutz, Monitoring und Responsible-AI-Governance.
- Durchführung von Envisioning-Workshops, Priorisierung von Use Cases und Entwicklung pragmatischer Roadmaps.
- Aufbau von Referenzarchitekturen und Asset-Bibliotheken sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Deep-Dives.
Requirements
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, KI-Lösungsentwicklung oder technischer Beratung.
- Mindestens ein Jahr konkrete Erfahrung mit Azure AI oder produktiven LLM-Anwendungen.
- Sichere Anwendung von Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry und Azure AI Search.
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code und CI/CD im Microsoft-Umfeld.
- Solide Kenntnisse in Python und/oder C#/.NET.
- Erfahrung mit produktiven KI-Systemen sowie Inference Latency, Prompt Stability, Model Drift, Evaluation und Kostenkontrolle.
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Orchestrierung von KI-Agenten mit offenen Integrationsstandards wie MCP.
- Verständnis für Risiken generativer KI, Mitigationsstrategien sowie regulatorische Anforderungen wie EU AI Act und DSGVO.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
