Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing features for Mixpanel’s React single-page web application.
- Develop solutions for data governance, quality, consistency, and trust at scale.
- Work across the stack, including web application backends, high-volume APIs, or search indexing.
- Own projects end to end from shaping and delivery through iteration.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners in Product, Design, and GTM.
- Potentially work on advanced deletion, data volume monitoring and anomaly detection, and verified mode for AI.
Requirements
- Senior-level full-stack software engineering experience with deep expertise in at least one of web application backends, high-volume APIs, or search indexing.
- Experience with Python and Django for web application backends, or equivalent expertise in high-volume APIs or search indexing.
- A track record of leading projects end to end rather than only executing tickets.
- Comfort moving across the software stack.
