Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks, automation strategies, and quality engineering processes.
- Design and implement predictive and intelligent testing approaches.
- Evaluate and implement tools and technologies that optimize testing processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives.
- Perform independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, including at least 3 years working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and quality engineering principles.
- Experience designing and implementing predictive and intelligent testing approaches.
- Ability to analyze and improve testing processes for enhanced accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
