Base Salary
$233k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and validate new interaction layers for health intelligence.
- Design and implement backend logic for LLM-based agents.
- Take full-stack ownership, including modern web frontends and mobile development.
- Lead AI-native development using tools for automated refactoring.
- Build secure and scalable integrations with third-party services.
- Apply MLOps best practices for AI in production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production systems.
- Product-minded with a focus on user experience over technology stack.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- Expertise in at least one backend language (Python or Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks.
- Understanding of security and privacy in handling sensitive data.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define requirements through experimentation.
